About the Role

In the position of Sales Team Manager / Key Account Manager you will have a genuine interest in selling, creating customer contracts and building customer relations.  At the same time, develop into a top Sales Manager.

As a QBIS Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs for your team selling our QBIS products and services primarily within the Swedish market.  You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing sales representatives in your team to reach sales goals. You will be part of a group of sales team managers striving towards the same common goals that can interact and share ideas.

Requirements for the Role

  • Higher education in economics, data or technology
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of having worked with customer relationships in complex service sales
  • Experience of having financial responsibility for a customer portfolio
  • Good knowledge of negotiation and good presentation techniques
  • It is an advantage to have sales leadership experience
  • Written and verbal fluency in Swedish and professional working proficiency in English
  • Very good digital competence
  • Driving license and access to car
